We accept payments in the form of cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or HSA card.

Out-of-Network

We operate as an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits or an HSA/FSA, we are happy to provide you with the documentation (superbills) needed to seek reimbursement from your carrier.
