My life was saved twice—first through music and poetry, and then through psychotherapy and community. I view creativity not just as expression but as a path to embodiment and healing. Through visual art, music, sound, and therapy, I help clients explore ways to reconnect with themselves and transcend the effects of trauma.

As a first-generation Armenian-American queer woman and descendant of Armenian Genocide survivors, I'm passionate about understanding and working with the adverse effects of intergenerational trauma on individuals, families, and communities. I'm committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that respects the complex experiences of immigrant and marginalized communities.

I'm one of just a five doctoral-level clinicians in Connecticut with advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and I blend this approach with other evidence-based modalities, somatic experiencing, mindfulness practices, and the creative arts to help you tap into your inner wisdom and resilience.
