We want you to love your purchase from the HAMOV! series. Due to the small nature of our business, all sales are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The only exception is for damaged or defective items:

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at info@resonancecenterct.com.
Resolution: Please include your order number and a photograph of the defect. We will gladly send a replacement item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
