About the event
Join us for an evening of sound meditation designed to support harmony, health, and balance. Led by Dr. Taline Andonian, this session will use crystal singing bowls and other instruments to gently guide your nervous system into a state of rest and renewal.
Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to deepen your practice, you're welcome here.
